Department offers a two year post graduate degree course in Master of Business Administration [M.B.A]. It was started in the year 2002, becoming a symbol for thousands of aspirants of this region. It plays a pivotal role in shaping future business leaders and professionals by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to succeed in the dynamic world of business. Departments are staffed with experienced and knowledgeable faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. Faculty members often have a combination of academic qualifications and practical industry experience, providing students with a well-rounded education.
Faculty members in MBA department often engage in research and publish academic papers, contributing to the body of knowledge in the business field. This research not only enhances the department's reputation but also benefits students by exposing them to cutting-edge ideas. The department holds the institutional membership of professional bodies like MMA, Ad-Club and AIMA.
The department have a comprehensive curriculum that covers a broad spectrum of business subjects. Students learn about finance, marketing, operations, human resources, business analytics. The curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in various business settings. Department emphasize experiential learning to the students which include case studies, internships, consulting projects, and opportunities for them to work with real businesses. These experiences allow them to apply what they've learned in the classroom to real-world situations.
Students are required to undertake summer project for a period of four weeks after the completion of the second semester examinations. The department is ranked best among those of the southern region as per the quality of education imparted by the distinguished faculty with interdisciplinary background from premier institutes.
Department typically have dedicated career services teams that assist students with job placement, resume building, interview preparation, and connecting them with potential employers. This support can be instrumental in helping graduates secure the positions they desire.

Dr. N. Venkateswaran, working as Professor and Dean at Panimalar Engineering College, having 28 years of teaching experience in management discipline published more papers in International and National journals and also member of editorial board in many reputed journals. Published books on various titles which includes International Business Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Principles of Management, Professional Ethics and Human Values, Enterprise Resource Planning. Area of expertise is on Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Supply Chain Management”. Also member of professional societies in MMA [Madras Management Association] and Ad-Club.

MBA Milestone

Students learn about their rights as consumers, including the right to safety, information, choice, and redressal. This knowledge empowers them to make informed decisions.
