• Dr. S. Selvi and Dr. S. Deepa from the Department of EEE, Panimalar Engineering College, guided students—Surya K. S., Sujjish A., Srinivasan P., and Sridhar K.—in executing a project titled “Smart E-Bicycle with Sustainable Energy Recovery System.” The project was carried out under the Student Project Scheme of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology.

• Dr. S. Selvi and Dr. S. Deepa from the Department of EEE, Panimalar Engineering College, guided our students—X.Nishanth Rajkumar , Karthick Vinod, A.K.Nithish kumar, S.N.Karthi Krishna—in executing a project titled “Generation of Electricity using flue gas from thermal power plant by stirling engine.” The project was carried out under the Student Project Scheme of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology.

• Dr. S.Silas Stephen, Professor was awarded “ Best academic professional award “by Institute of Engineers (India)-IEI TISLA Award 2024

• Dr. S. Selvi and Dr. S. Deepa from the Department of EEE, Panimalar Engineering College, guided our students—X.Nishanth Rajkumar , Karthick Vinod, A.K.Nithish kumar, S.N.Karthi Krishna—in executing a project titled “Design of a solar vehicle for a crippled person”.” The project was carried out under the Student Project Scheme of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology.

• Dr. A.Sivakumar, Professor was awarded “ Best Faculty award “by National Faculty award 2021-2022 Novel research academy.

• Dr. S.Deepa & Dr.S.Selvi guided 7 students projects under Naan Mudhalvan Scheme –Niral Thiruvizha 2023-24 by Tamilnadu State Government and won a cash award of Rs.10,000 each.

• Dr. Selvi .S and the final year students designed and developed a solar-powered poultry incubator, which was successfully installed at Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University., Chennai
